The Broadwater Conservation District is holding a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 7pm.
The purpose for the hearing will be to take public comment about the draft rules for implementation of the Natural Streambed and Land Preservation Act of 1975. Due to changes made in the last legislative session, it was required for the district to make adjustments to their rules.

This hearing will be held in person at the USDA Service Center Conference Room located at 415 S Front St. Enter through the NRCS door located on the E St side of the building.
A virtual option for attending is also available by TEAMS.
