Ted Flynn Memorial Scholarship
Ted Flynn was a long-time Broadwater Conservation District board member and rancher who had a keen interest in all facets of nature and ecology. In honor of Ted’s memory, the Broadwater Conservation District offers this scholarship to students pursuing a career in Natural Resources, Conservation, or Agriculture.
